from the Founders
Aromachology was created by founders, Kirsten
Menkes and Ashlee Firsten, with the notion that there was a void
in the relationship between fragrance and personal connections.
Ashlee and Kirsten believe that their product is right on the pulse
of what is missing in today’s lackluster perfume world. They
were motivated to find a synergism between the art and the science
of fragrance and from there Aromachology was born.
As the launch of new fragrances became a constant,
whether celebrity endorsed or a recognizable label launching another
scent, there was not a product that spoke to women on a personal
and relatable level. Like a killer pair of stilettos or a classic
LBD, perfume is another accessory that has the ability to articulate
and communicate mood, behaviour and personality without uttering
a word.
Kirsten and Ashlee have combined their vastly
different experiences and knowledge to create one of the most unique
and innovative brands that will engage, entice and excite consumers.
The modern shopper is a proactive, connection-seeking ‘prosumer’
(part producer, part consumer). Today’s prosumers are hesitant
to accept marketers pushing content on them; they are our co-creators,
our co-innovators.
Like the delicate art of blending fragrance, K&A
have combined ingredients and flavours of passion, science, depth,
expression and creativity to launch the arrival of something almost
as special and timeless as their relationship, Aromachology.
